Disha Chandiramani, Esq.
Disha is a partner at Javier & Chandiramani Law Firm, LLP. She has over ten years of experience as an immigration attorney and advocate for her clients and their families.
Disha has represented clients before the United States Immigration and Citizenship Services, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Second and Third Circuit Federal Courts. Her focus is on family-based immigration, complex removal defense, VAWA, U visa and Special Immigrant Juvenile applications.
She is a fierce advocate for her clients and strives to provide personalized services to those she represents. As someone who immigrated to the U.S. herself, Disha’s dedication to her clients and the practice of Immigration law is evident through her success in obtaining lawful status for those she represents. She empathizes with her clients and understands the difficulties of navigating through the immigration process.
Disha presently serves as general counsel to a non-profit group based in Brooklyn where she extends her expertise organizing immigration workshops and seminars.
Disha hopes to continue to provide exceptional services to her clients and advocate for them so that they are able to obtain status and remain in the United States with their families as upstanding citizens.
Tiffany A. Javier, Esq.
Tiffany A. Javier has been committed to helping immigrants and their families for over twelve years. From the onset of her career, she has strongly advocated for immigrants and has successfully litigated thousands of cases involving complex legal issues. Ms. Javier has extensive experience with criminal immigration, defending individuals in deportation proceedings, and assisting families immigrate from abroad. Prior to opening her firm, Ms. Javier was the senior attorney at a New York law firm where she was responsible for handling the firm’s most difficult deportation cases.
As an immigrant from Dominican Republic who was raised in Brooklyn, New York, Ms. Javier understands the complexities of the U.S immigration system and has made it her mission to make the immigration processes to be as seamless as possible for her clients.
